All parts replaced during the service are supplied with a one year parts and labour warranty.

We charge an additional £30/€30/$35 for this service. We will make every effort to back up your data, but occasionally this cannot be achieved, in which case the charge will be refunded (we will not be held liable for any data loss). Please ensure the AA batteries are in good condition before sending (by plugging into an ac adapter and replacing the old batteries with new).
